You know the owner called at&t and claimed insurance in it as lost or stolen. This phone can't be put back in service. When you run the ESN number it's going to alert at&t. You could get in legal trouble.
Like I said before my phone that I use currently was reported lost or stolen and I have it running on Boost Mobile with no problems and it is originally a sprint phone

I don't know about that I currently use a sprint phone that was reported lost or stolen and I had it unlocked and now it's on Boost Mobile with no problem
