This is a brand new container of Tiwlight, Edward Cullen's body shimmer, it's loose with a brush applicator, I checked. I bought this and found I had no use for it, since it was loose. I purchased this at Hot Topic, just before I quit working there, so I don't think this is available in stores anymore.
