FREE: Handcrafted Amethyst ring

The listing, Handcrafted Amethyst ring has ended.

This ring was handcrafted by a family friend several years ago. The amethyst stone is a little darker than in the pictures. It is set at an angle which makes the ring quite unique. It is roughly a size 6. Although not marked .925, it does have the artist's mark inside the band, as shown in picture 5. I was told when the ring was presented to me that it was silver. It does tarnish if left out or not cleaned. When I clean it in my silver jewelry cleaner, it will bring back the shine. I am not certain that it is made of .925 silver, so I am listing here as 'silver toned'.
Amethyst stones are believed to strengthen the endocrine and immune system. It is a powerful blood cleanser and energizer, aids in mental disorders and enhances psychic and channeling abilities. It is said to be a calming gem; excellent for meditation.
