Beautiful plus size blouse. It is a turquoise clor with black going thru it. Has a scoop cowl neckline and a belt you can wear or not. Says a 20-22. Fits !like a 2x.It is a Covington.Bought this for a dinner but didn't like neckline when I tried on. Never been worn.Its 100% polyester. Measurements are 18 in across neckline. Arm pit to arm pit is 24in. Lenght is 34 in. Has a belt you can either wear or not.

I didn't know that there was a distinction between a blouse and a top! ...and buttons are the difference? lol...I have never heard that in my 63 years....maybe it depends on the part of the country you are from...? well anyway--could you post a picture of it hanging up on a hanger so I could get a better idea of what it looks like? the color is very pretty!

I didn't either, but it was brought to my attention that with no buttons its a top and with buttons its a blouse. Lol. I always called my tops, blouses lol.
