To the best of my knowledge it is a real Topaz it is just treated. I purchased my stones from Jewelry Television 1 stone at a time. The display box comes with it plus the tag on the bottom with the price I paid!

Yes this is a real Topaz it has just been heat treated to enhance the color like they do with most stones.
