yes new never been used you have to activate it with the cashier like you had just bought it. I never go to staple so I thought I bet there are a lot of you out there that do so here you go......thank you for looking emeraldtigger LISTIA LEGENDS

Does this card already have money on it? If so why does it have to be activated? Doesn't it have a scratch off back? Sorry for so many questions, I just don't want to bid on a empty card..

Yes, the card already has money on it. There is a little square on the back that you scratch off with the cashier. I will keep track for you how many $$$'s you have left, if you didn't spend it all. It is not empty. I just got it. It's all good. Plus you get all the rest of the goodies with it. I was just feeling generous. It is a new card "never been used!!!!" $25.00 You have to activate it with the cashier. They will tell you how to use it. Don't worry it is new never been used.
