Have you tried this personally at all? Curious if it really works or if it only sheds the water weight..

I have tried it once I purchased this item. From my experience, it really depends on what your purpose of using this is. I used this because I really wanted to get sweat to feel relaxed. This is why I didn't care about whether this helps me lose weight or not. If your purpose of using this is to lose weight in a short term, I will not recommend you to buy this. I think working out is the most effective way to lose weight. If you would like to get sweat or just want to try something easy to lose weight, this may be the first step for you to take.
