the sanitizers retail at $1.50 and I calculate credits to be worth about 400 credits per dollar so 300 credits is already a big discount.

no listia waaay over charges for credits...the value is pretty much what people make it so it has been about 2000 credits for $5. Those are gift card sales anyhow.

so technically on average 400 credits is only worth about $1 sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less. and the pocketbacs from BBW alone already retail for $1.50 so you guys are getting a good deal.

I don't know why you think they are high...they are actually very low and you would know that if you have been on here very long. I have to go and buy this stuff for these auctions..I do these because they are fun and people enjoy them and on the same hand I can't afford to lose money so I try to make things fair to where bidders get a good deal and I can get enough credits to buy gift cards and get my money back.

so if I were for example selling a set of 3 full size items valued at $10,50 and I only made 4,000 credits off of it I would be losing around a little over $20 so that is why I have set up the auctions this way. I believe I am giving everyone a good deal and I am really tired of people saying "oh thats too high" I'm sorry but if you don't like it then don't bid. I have had plenty of satisfied customers with these auctions and I believe that by setting it up the way I did I have improved it so that anyone with almost any amount of credits has a chance at getting something nice.

hi jess, I've won a few of your auctions now so I'd like to just throw this out there. if you look at my past auctions, I've had several high price items go for not as many credits as expected. for example, I auctioned a portable DVD player w 7" screen. I paid over $80 and used it maybe 3 times? I got a little over 13,000 for it. my engagement ring less than 25,000 credits, it was $559. different people want different things and everyone values things differently. I auction off a lot of diapers. though I don't need them for anything and wouldn't spend a lot of credits on them, people will spend A LOT of credits to get them from my auction as opposed to spending $35 for a box. I hope this helps you and I know it's frustrating but I love your auctions and I will bid ESP when my favorite scents are involved. best of luck :)
