I don't know much about this small cap gun but it does appear to be rather old. The hammer has to be cocked manually and a cap would be placed on the nipple. It seems fully functional and in decent condition. There's a small loop at the base of the grip, which leads me to believe that it may once have been a Keychain possibly.
