No, I offered free shipping on my first 1200 auctions & this was an expensive hobby. I could never pay for shipping on items I wanted! Which made no sense! Other members mentioned that they could no longer pay shipping fees for items that OTHERS wanted & that made sense :) Now I only offer free shipping on extremely popular items that I know will get a ton points & are therefore worth the cost of shipping :) Now instead of paying shipping fees on everyone Else's items that they want ~ I only pay for shipping on the items I want or the items I want to get mega points on :) Hope you understand & good luck if you decide that paying a very low shipping fee for the item you want delivered to your door is worth it & decide to bid :)
