Questions & Comments
WOW!!! What an excellent auction! My Mother had one of these years ago! We ate many french fries cut with this kind of cutter in my family! You even have the box it came in! Awesome! This sure brings back the memories, like so many of your auctions do for me. Now, I'm telling my real age!!!!! Blessings to you, sweetie!
Laughing, this was my Grandmothers, and I can still see her doing fries. It was a holiday when she made them! she saved everything and everything she purchased was made to last. Laughing your not telling your age sweetie, its just a number..lol. Huge Blessings and Joy Bobbie!
Super auction!!!! Love it! We used to take turns pushing the handle down. Five kids anxiously waiting our turns. We would all try to make the biggest french fry thinking we were so skilled. When actually mom would hand the underdog a bigger potato and even out the game. It took a long time to figure out that we didn't make the fries any bigger on our own! Those were the good old days! Thanks for a wonderful memory!
Oh you made me laugh with the comments. It was a fun time when families made the fries. I know myself how much it felt like a holiday when my Grandmother made them! Thank you so much sweetie for the awesome comments! Blessings & Joy always~~~
Hahaha...I just finally got to see pics other then ones on Phone, It is funny how it was only $1.94 back in the day huh...lol!! Huge Blessing Sweetie!!
Last time I saw one of these was back in the early 60's and my brother was trying to chop my Barbie Doll in it..lol..didn't dull the blades though so it must be pretty durable. This was a serious luxury item in our house..
Oh poor Barbie..lol It was a luxury for my grandmother too. It was always a holiday when she made the fries. Thank you Susan for stopping by and commenting! Blessings & Joy always~~

Nice auction! I remember in the 60's when they hawked these at stores everywhere. Glad to see they are still around! I'll be watching to see if I can get it!
Oh my gosh I hadn't even noticed that you listed this that is so cool... I had one and used it all the time not sure what happened to it... Maybe the kids ran off with it lol! Huge blessings much love!
I just seen this Auction, and Unfortunately I don't have enough Credits to Bid, Really could use one of these, it gets Tiring Cutting Potatoes by Hand, my Daddy had one of these things when we Lived on a Farm, so Thank you for Bringing back them Memories, I haven't thought about that in a while... Daddy was the Cook, and when he Passed I had to take over that Part, cause my Sister couldn't Cook!$! Lol Really Great Auction though, and Pray you get a Bunch of Credits for it... Fanned and Watching, and may God Bless you and your Family, Blood or Not!$! :-)
