This is a brand new Christmas wall hanging with blinking white/clear lights that has never been on the wall and still has the cardboard stuck in behind the two sawtooth holders on the back of the frame. Runs on two AA batteries which go into the little black box shown in the last picture. PLEASE NOTE the tiny plastic clippy part of the battery cover that holds it closed was broken off when I received the picture. I have it taped down and it does not affect the functioning of the lights.
