Even if you sell them online you can only get a small percentage more than face value, I bought some mint condition uncirculated 2 dollar red notes from APMEX for 5 dollars a piece....and thats mint uncirculated...still awesome lot don't get me wrong...just trying to see this lot not go up too high so I can stand a chance...so please stop fabricating their worth :D

Yeah and a lot of the value is based off of the date. The 63s are more common than the 53s. Like i have always said about collectibles... a collectibles value is what another collector will pay for it. A 2 dollar bill could be worth $100 to the right collector. In this case... ITS FREE!! Wow!!! Thank you very much for that valuable info. I have a full sheet that is framed of uncirculated 2 dollar bills that are 1928-f with red ink on them!! I like it because it is such a conversation piece. I was passed on to me by my grandfather who passed away and I don't think that it is worth much but it is fun to have on my wall!! :)

Actually those would be very collectible. Uncirculated 1928f 2 dollar red seals would be worth a pretty penny. Especially if they are in a full sheet. That's pretty cool! I would love to have those!!

Maybe 50 years from now they will though!! right now they are worth just over face value, but I collect them and am trying to get the whole series of 1 dollar and 2 dollar.
