The listing, An Old Bat "Oddball" Thingy - Choker, maybe? has ended.

Here's a strange little piece! It was in with the other things the Old Bat gave me, and I'm assuming it's a choker. She's out of town so I can't ask her. I can't see it being anything else. It's silvertone wires with 3 goldtone barbs on it. The tips on the wires are goldtone, too. The inside diameter is 5 1/4". No maker's mark....I don't know where they would put one. Is it actually silver??? I don't know! I doubt it, but who knows? Just think...here's your chance to choke yourself with barbed wire. HaHaHaHaHaHa! Oh, man...I'm killing myself!

Well, the old girl generally stays away from things like this....she's buried up to her eyeballs in politics (which I can't stand), but, yeah, she checks in once in a while. Every so often she'll pick out something she wants me to get for her. Like I've mentioned before, when you've been married 50 years, you've both earned the right to call each other whatever you like. She's my Old Bat....I'm her Old *****. Heh Heh

You're pretty close--- i think the jewellers call it a neck wire---if it was a bit wider it would be called a collar-----
