Beautiful swirl design, very much Native American influence. Turquoise and coral chips are inlaid within the swirl. I have included pics of the markings on both sides. I cannot make them out; eye are too bad and magnification did not help. The metal does clean like an item made of silver, but I am not going to say that it is. Maybe you can read he markings.
