NWOT. DEMIN 24/7 Bought never worn. Perfect condition.
Shell 97% Polyester. 3% Spandex. Lining 100% Polyester.
Rivets around vest except about 5 inches across back.
20" in front, fringe adds another 9.5".
I believe that smaller sizes could wear this with no problems.
I will answer questions that I may not have answered in the listing.

I will have to unpack it to find out the measurement, but I can tell you this, right now I am 2-3X depending on material and maker. I am a 42Dsize bra if that helps. I can criss cross the front at my middle so wearing it closed should not be a problem. If you bid and win if you decide not to keep it relist it. That is what I do. I never wore it except trying it on because when I looked in the middle I discovered that my body is not made for vests & zippered Hoodies.
