The listing, Mostly Vintage Wooden Thread Spools has ended.

This auction is for 17 mostly vintage wooden thread spools. The older tall spools have a very nice deep cone shaped slant from the middle out, and have a deep rich patina to the wood.

Some of the spools have imprinting on the top while others have paper labels.

Put them in a little bowl or basket for a conversation piece or give them to your kiddos with a shoe string to tie them up, or stack them and knock them down again!

They are from a smoke and pet free home. Shipping is free in the US as always.

Thanks for checking out my auction. I love those tall really used looking ones! Once I made a little book using one of the spools like that. I added a long roll of paper and drew sections with a pencil, kind of like toilet paper is perforated. Then 6 friends sent it to each other and decorated one section. It turned out really nice.
