Hello everyone, I am a new member of Listia and this is the first item I will be listing. I am listing the Verizon Wireless Prepaid Samsung smart phone. This is the 4.0.4 Android version, it has been very lightly used and is almost new condition. It does have a few very small scratches, it has been factory reset and ready for a new user! There is no SD card included with the phone but if the bid goes to 1500 or higher I will include the charger which also works just fine. If I happen to get up to 5000 bids I will include an SD card! And like I said I am a new Listia user and ready to see what all the fuss is about! Happy Bidding everyone and good luck!

Welcome to Listia!! Was this phone flashed to verizon by chance? I ask because the tracfone swirl symbol is on the front and verizon phones usually have "Verizon " somewhere on the front.

Yes it was switched over. Sorry I forgot to mention that. But it is with Verizon's prepaid service.

I know it has a rear camera not sure about the front but it can be switched to straight talk if it's not already. The reason I say that is because when you call the customer service it says verizon wireless but some straight talk phones will do that too. The SIM card says tracfone wireless. I will find out all the exact info tomorrow and post it ASAP. Thanks for your bids!

Ok, thats a track phone. Track phones use gsm technology (sim cards) Verizon uses cdma technology(no sim cards) these services are not compatible with each other. This is fake...

Verizon phones do sometimes have sim cards, but that is for 4G LTE or many Verizon phones are "global" phones which do allow sim cards from other companies (worldwide), but only if you have an active Verizon plan already.

However, these points are irrelevant because this is not "Verizon that thinks it's a tracfone" this is a "tracfone that thinks it's a Verizon"

Not possible. Different technology.

Plus, Verizon doesn't like to let people "bring your own phone"
