it works but the changer port needs to be fix.selling as is.no refunds if u change ur minds.remember selling as is.it does work but need the changer port fixed .model q8h,android version 4.2.2,I took pictures of it working so u can see it.I use my daughter tablet charger to show u it works.it has a gel case that comes with it

Does it say anything on the outside of the encasing maybe? This might help you some if there is something there. Or maybe if you have a place that opens on it or removable battery area etc... there could be numbers or something that could help you find out the details so people do not flag you.
