Do you know what's wrong with it? Did it possibly get water damaged?

I left another comment below yours answering your question. Also it is 16gb & AT&T. It is also unlocked. I bought it back in April had it from April 21st to May 3rd and it just went haywire on me. I've tried everything to get it back running. It ran perfect until the update it done I think it was 8. Something? I've tried restoring it, I've tried force updating it, I've tried force downgrading it. No success, I just don't have the patience with two toddlers to work on something like that lol.

They do. It's not only a mother board error it could be the screws for the casing of the digitizer and LCD.

Please don't take offense to what I'm saying. I'm just trying to save you a huge headache later down the road. And the winner too! Lol. I've had so many phones I've bought second hand that end up being useless because the previous owner did not know that apple has that silly icloud lock feature now. That's the only reason I don't like apple, it's so complicated when it comes to a icloud lock. Lol, the website, I believe it's icloud.com will allow you to sign in and see all the info on your phone, pictures, numbers texts etc. And you can also "Remove this phone from my account" which will let the new user make their own apple id. If the site isn't icloud dot com, then just quickly Google HOW TO REMOVE MY ICLOUD FROM I PHONE NO LONGER USED. It Will show up right away, bc it's so commen now with people selling their used phones. Good luck! Will be watching this!Fanned u!

I never had iCloud on it. I can show pics where I am on my icloud account and it's only showing my two iPods. It is not icloud activated or locked. And no I didn't take none of that to offense. I did go online to look though I'll post some pics of where it shows my two iPods so everyone will know that it's not locked or anything.

I'd ship this FLAT RATE SMALL BOX if I were you. It fits perfect inside the small flat rate box. And the box is FREE at the post office or order it off of Usps.com for free. And then it would only cost like $5.99 I think it is, to ship anywhere in the 50 states. And it includes TRACKING and INSURANCE for free, incase the box got damaged or lost.

At first thought it was just a glitch in the update, done some research and it says the blue screen of death, but I'm not 100% sure that's it either.

You need a microscope to repair phone but it can be done good luck with your listing ,I wanted to ask you do you know how to get around an iPhone that is iCloud locked?

You could possibly put it in DFU mode so that way it reads on the computer as unknown then click update and restore. That should wipe everything off. If not then you can always msg me on facebook. PM me if you want my facebook name.

Sep 29th, 2015 at 10:18:28 PM PDT by

Yes I have. My husband and I fix all kinds if different electronics we have tried multiple times to fix it. Before I went in it I tried to restore and factory reset it. I got it to cut back on one time I had done it and it stayed on for about 15 minutes then started acting the same again. Since then I've had no luck with it coming back on.

I understand the hesitant for giving out your apple id and password. In this world today you can't be too careful. I am sorry I suggested it, I was under the impression you no longer used that specific apple ID and password.
However if you still use the apple id email and password then I would not just give it to anyone.
They unfortunately WILL NEED it. I understand you had no lock put on it, but with ALL OF APPLEs products after the 4, they all come with the ICLOUD. Which is like a online back up of all your info, pictures, numbers texts apps everything! So, if you did NOT PHYSICALLY turn it off, then unfortunately it's LOCKED. This icloud lock is NOT like a password lock, it's different and a huge pain if you don't know the previous owners info. Apple did this to keep thieves from stealing phones.
Once someone fixes it and resets it, it will absolutely ask for the previous APPLE ID
N password used on the phone, or the new owner won't get past the main screen.
What YOU CAN DO, instead, is go to ICLOUD.COM and enter your phones info, you can unlock that icloud from there and then you won't need to give anyone your info. I'd do it now. A phone that is not icloud locked will Get more bids!

You will have to give the winner your apple id and password when you ship the phone. Which is the email and password used to download apps in the app store.
Bc the screen went nuts, you never had the chance to get into the settings and turn off the icloud. So once someone DOES fix it and I believe it IS FIXABLE, then they reset it, they won't be able to even get into the phone without the previous APPLE ID and PASSWORD, which would be what ever password n email address you used to download apps. So make sure you send that info, otherwise they will be locked out. Once they get the correct apple id n password in the phone they can go to settings and sign out then make their own email and password.

If u only used it a month or so, would it not be still under warranty!?if it's broken bc of something you did, like water or dropping, it wouldn't be covered. But if it broke bc it went Nuts and blew, then the warranty covers it. Most likely a technical mistake.

With it being B.S.O.D I'm pretty sure once someone fixed it they would have to do a update to it. And it wouldn't have my info on it. I had no password lock on it or anything and if the winner would need my info then i would give it to them once it's FIXED and once that they can send me screen shot pictures of it having my info on it through email or facebook then I would send it. So until then I'm not giving out my personal information to the winner.
