These headbands are adorable! On top of that, they are made by Scunci so you know they are good. This package comes with 2 pink, 1 aqua, 1 light blue, 1 white and 2 lilac. How little? These are the thicker kind of elastics, so they wouldn't work on baby fine hair. Hope this helps. Thanks for commenting!
