I don't know a lot about them. I ordered them by mistake. Lol. But I do know they have magnets in them and they're supposed to speed up your metabolism

I'm not positive. I believe the magnets work with the pressure point on each toe. That has something to do with how you lose weight wearing them. I'm watching!
