Is it stretchy?

Hello, Thanks for showing interest.
This lace is NOT stretchy. It has a good "feel-weight" to it. This lace is vintage, well, I have had this for almost 10 years. My original plan was to sew this lace on guest bath towels or hand towels and give as Gifts (never bought the towels though)
