Nice camera. I still shoot film from time to time because I think it shows the skill of the photographer rather than digital where anyone can take pics. The camera does everything for you. This would go good with my Nikon N65. I'm in on this! Fanned and watching.

would the filters work with a canon lens? or are they just for olympus?

They are screw-on mounts. I tend to think that they would because they are NIKON and HOYA Brand, 49mm to fit the 50mm lens. You may want to ask a camera shop, though, to make sure.
