This hooded dog raincoat has never been used. It does show some dirt stains from storing it out in the open, but still in great condition. Hood comes with ties, and there is a leash hole right underneath it. There is a small pouch with velcro closure on the back, along with ties that go around your dog's belly, also with velcro closure. Adjustable elastic band on lower inside of the raincoat to keep it in place.
No size is specified, although I believe it is for a medium/large dog. See approximate measurements below.

Great condition: No rips, tears or holes. Some minor dirt stains.
