My grandson is 4 1/2 but is as tall as most 6-year-olds. Would this be long enough in the torso for him, do you think? How old is the boy in the picture and how tall?

The length from the shoulder to the ankle is 36". From the waist down, it is 23". With these types of costumes, our issue has always been that they are too long which is easy to fix. If they are too thin, that is where complications occur. This one is about 14" wide when laying flat. Hope that helps! Boy in the photo is six years, about 45" tall and around 55lbs.
