Yes??? Not sure why that would matter, but nobody smokes in my home. These are disposable ear plugs for things like shooting guns or wearing around loud machinery or even using a chain saw. These have always worked well for me.

It matters very much to me because my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke and even packaging from a smoking a home can cause her some serious problems.
