Actually they do. Especially for people like me who are allergic to any other types of metals. Please do some research on this. You will be surprised at what jewellers can do with metals & stones.

I'm sorry but you are misinformed. Diamond chips can be prong set. These should be no problem for a good jeweller. But it's still really pretty. :)
