BTW, Here in about a week I may be taking a break from coin collecting and Listia. The shipping is killing me (I had to ship 30 items with free shipping all at once several times) and both are taking a lot of my time that I am needing right now to job hunt, promote my concert I booked or Halloween, and my youtube interview show. Aaww man, Dawn! Thanksgiving was busy, not great but busy! But I discovered something bad occurred to my bank account on Saturday & due to the wonderful holiday, the police couldn't do anything til yesterday... :( Let's just say, I've never been a fan of online banking cuz I've seen many people around me getting ripped off, but Johnna's college only accepted debit payments that way (online)...End result?! I was paid Friday & Saturday, I was "cleaned out"!!! Happy Thanksgiving, eh?! Not impressed with the timing! :(

man that is so weird! We just had to cancel OUR debit cards from the bank cuz we got hit, too!! Somebody in Oklahoma "used" our DEBIT card to charge $139.99. Now I'm no genius, but dont you have to have a pin # to use a debit card? ANYWAY, because of that we had 5 or 6 other checks bounce. At $35 each, it adds up quickly!! We had insurance, so the bank covered it, but not the point. Took days to get it straight....and they still dont know who did it! That bites!

I'm not sure if I have insurance to cover this cuz originally this account was for my daughter,but she couldn't "manage" it soo I took it over & I'm not sure if the paperwork was ever changed, even tho I did call to state what was happening.... I really does bite! :(
I had the over DEBIT fraud occur to me as well... 2 days before I was taking the kids to WDW... They got everything & on top of that, the bank wouldn't come go for it...I was one of the 1st to have it happen to & when I came back from Florida I heard many horror stories about it happening to others, but theirs' were covered! :( The police told me that I could sue, but I didn't have the funds & the bank knew it... :(
I'm still waiting for an answer from thr bank on this situation... :( I hate feeling like I'm penniless! Somewhere there's a rainbow with my money at the end of it! :)

well here is your laugh for the day i just had to share enjoy

A doctor was having an affair with his nurse. Shortly afterward, she told him she was pregnant. Not wanting his wife to know, he gave the nurse a sum of money and asked her to go to Italy and have the baby there.

''But how will I let you know the baby is born?'' she asked. He replied, ''Just send me a postcard and write 'spaghetti' on the back. I'll take care of expenses.''

Not knowing what else to do, the nurse took the money and flew to Italy.

Six months went by and then one day the doctor's wife called him at the office and explained, ''Dear, you received a very strange postcard in the mail today from Europe, and I don't understand what it means.''

The doctor said, ''Just wait until I get home and I will explain it to you.'' Later that evening, the doctor came home, read the postcard, fell to the floor with a heart attack. Paramedics rushed him to the ER. The lead medic stayed back to comfort the wife. He asked what trauma had precipitated the cardiac arrest.
So the wife picked up the card and read, ''Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti - Two with sausage and meatballs, two without.'''

that sucks i hate online banking to it is so funny i have 2 accounts a checking and savings and no checks or cards for either i hoof it to the bank and do cash or money order for everything i am so terrified of that happening as it happened to 1 of my sisters to i hope it gets fixed soon for you with hers it took about 2 days the idiot who had her info went to a store and was caught on tape trying to use a faked card that helped

The police aren't too hopeful because of the delay in being able to contact the bank, but we'll see! Kind of sucks that they chose my payday to clean my account out, but the police say that they must have been watching my activities & knew that it was going to be my payday... :( Thankfully, they say that I shouldn't be alone, that they usually hit in bunches!
