So this is a used lighter? Or just new with a broken seal? My hubby loves zippos but it ruins the fun for him if they've been used (All of his are unused, a collection he started with his dad years ago...)

just a quick note, if you send this through the mail, put it in a padded envelope, and dont tell the post office it contains a lighter.....since 9-11.....they wont ship lighters unless you remove the guts and ship those separately from the case, and then they will only ship it ground, which add several days on the delivery, I only know this because Zippo offers lifetime guarantee on thier lighters, and we sent 2 of ours in to have them repaired, and the packing replaced ( they do all this for free) and I thought the post office was gonna red flag us as terrorists because we were going to ship the lighters . . . before we could ship them we had to remove the lighter part of it and was only able to ship them the cases. just thought I would save ya some troubles

also i learned to ship with a conformation number, even tho its an extra few cents - 1.00 depending on, it helps alot and you wont get stuck in a dispute!!! :) Have a good night!
