No wifi. It's has a port for a telephone line so it could possibly get dial up Internet.

No webcam built in and it would only be dial up speed so I doubt skype would work. You should try a newer tablet. Almost any brand.

I'm almost positive that there is an adapter that you can run from the phone jack straight into your modem and use Wi-Fi that way. You might want to look into that. Great auction!
