Back cover says over 30, I haven't actually counted them myself - and this book is brand new, none of the pictures have been colored.

Does the book include finished images that can be used as a color guide?

There are 2 finished pictures on the inside covers, but if you are asking if every picture has a finished picture to go by, then no, you have to use a bit of your own imagination and creativity just like with any other coloring book:)

I have an 8 yr old grand-daughter that is moderately challenged as she suffers from Downs' Syndrome & though the child can draw anything you ask from either imagination or memory, she has a lot of problems putting colors together. This being the case, I try to get her the books that render a bit of guidance with the hope that it will help her to develop in this area. It was suggested by a very talented college art professor. By the way, thank you for the prompt response. I will think about it. I may try for one of your books anyway just to have one on hand for.

Honestly there is no right or wrong way to color these pages and pencils, ultra fine tip markers, and gel pens all work great! My 5 year old autistic grandson colors in my books, granted his pictures aren't the same standard as his 8 year old sis, but they still look great in my fridge:)
