The listing, 1923 U.S. Peace Silver Dollar - Minted in Philadelphia has ended.

For auction is 1 - 1923 United States Peace Silver Dollar that was minted in Philadelphia. The Peace dollars were minted from 1921 to 1928, and again in 1934 and 1935. Designed by Anthony dr Francisci, the coin was the result of a competition to find designs emblematic of peace. Its obverse represents the head and neck of the Lady Liberty in profile, and the reverse depicts a bald eagle at rest clutching an olive branch, with the legend "Peace". It was the last United States dollar coin to be struck for circulation in silver.

I have not cleaned it myself but the reverse does appear that it may have been cleaned. Please see the reverse item scan. But it still is a beautiful 90percent silver coin!

It is a very nice coin I am kind of curious tho I seem to believe the coin has been cleaned with some type of chemical. Any idea about that?
