This is a 10 color baked eyeshadow pallete exclusively made only for Rue 21 it's called the Truely Yours Pallete. The colors are just amazing very beautiful. It is brand new never been used. It does not stay closed at the plastic latch was broken and this is how I purchased it I just didn't see it before. I have way too much makeup lol I don't even know why I purchased this. Now some lucky winner gets to enjoy it instead.
