I don't have a tape measure , but I am 5' 4" and they cover my feet

you have no ruler or anything to measure even n inseam? A sheet of paper is 11.5 inches, there are all kinds of things that are a standard measure. Saying they cover your feet is not enough.

Ok, as far as measurements , I am not good at that stuff and don't see well, I do my best to post all I know, there is nothing about the inseam on tags, as far as I can tell the inseam is approx 10" ,
