What part/area of top are the stains on? Would they come off? Pictures please. Also woyld you say runs true to size or bigger? Thanks

Torso wise the shirt fits like a medium But the Sleeves see definitely fitted to a Extra Small, and the stains are on the top part, and should be able to get them out! :)

I am washing the shirt as of the moment to make sure it's completely clean for when I send it, I'll take picture of where the stains are then!
