Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in the color "Cruella". A beautiful, true red. I believe it has blue under tones, so it looks great with any skin color. Brand new, never used or swatched. Will come with the box so it could make a fantastic Christmas gift :)

I'm not sure? It says it's a combo between a lipstick & a lip pencil. I use the other color "Rikugien"....and it lasted all night! Was totally impressed with the staying power. This is a different formula than the one I kept tho.

It's not a stain. It's just a regular matte lip crayon. If a product is a stain, it will say it.
