Ok I have to admit I didn't really know people wore cloth menstrual pads. I have heard of cloth diapers for babies. This is just an interesting auction to me. Good luck!

OMG these are AWESOME. When you are broke or your husband loses his job or you are just tired of wasting money on these things. They are amazing. I have also seen cloth toilet paper I wanted to switch but hubs drew the line are my crunchy ways when I mentioned it LOL.

Do you wash them out in the bathroom sink when they're "full?" I'm thinking of getting them for my 16 year-old but don't know if she'd be into "cleaning" them, if it was environmentally friendly she might be inclined...just wondering what the clean-up entails. Thanks.

There's a few different methods of cleaning them, you can do that, or you can take them off, let them dry, then at the end of your cycle wash them all at once.
It's kind of trial and error at first and figuring out what you prefer and what works best for you. My preferred method is to take them off & put them in a non airtight container, like a wetbag. I let them dry then at the end of my cycle I just do a load of them in the washing machine. I do just a rinse cycle first, then a regular wash cycle. You can also either air dry them or just put them in the dryer. you can go to YouTube and just search for "cloth pads" there's sooo many people on there and you can learn all the different ways to care for them :)
