This unusual pin is very heavy - the balloon at the top feels like pewter or lead - it is dark gray and detailed with designs and cut-outs. It measures 2" across and 2-1/4" up and down.

The goldtone basket underneath is a very shiny gold colored thick metal, but of course not as big or heavy as the top. The bottom is a detailed basket with 2 teddy bears riding in the basket, and measures 1-1/2" in either direction.

The total length of the pin is over 3-1/2". The pinback is attached only to the top gray part, so the gold basket dangles freely from the balloon.
