well on the bottom it says the serial number is.....155541673042 then there are two other sets of numbers.... one is 3347-02-1006L then there is 002437019440 then the serial number as above i believe the second set may be the model number!

This is a Netopia DSL Modem Wireless Router in one. This means it has wireless and works with DSL service only (Example: AT&T DSL). This may work with other DSL Providers like Wind Stream Internet. Be sure to check with your DSL Provider to make sure it works if it's not AT&T.
