Thanks for becoming a Fan, This key chain comes with a USB cord that can connect to your computer and you can transfer files that way, No card is required. I printed off the instructions so it will be sent with the key chain. The USB cord also charges and updates the device as well. I hope this answer helps, if not I will try to find the answer for you.
