It says free shipping in the us,. Which means you would pay for the shipping and I would love this for my daughter, she loves princess, and wants to be one for halloween, but now I don't have enough points to bid it, so I guess she will have to wear the dollar tree crown for her birthday, and halloween. That makes me feel bad when my daughter has to wear dollar tree stuff, everything is a dollar, and I can't get her anything real nice.
