If you know who Joss Whedon is and haven't watched Firefly, this set is a MUST SEE! Canceled abruptly, it became a cult classic immediately with avid fans clamoring to have it put back on. Because it was so popular and well loved, Joss was able to find funding to create the ending of the show as a full length movie called Serenity. In case you don't know who Joss Whedon is, he directed Buffy the Vampire, the series and the movie, the Angel series and recently the Avengers. The Avengers was a ginormous box office hit (currently in my top five favorite movies of all time) and Joss Whedon fans were vindicated. He currently is the director of the tv series, Marvel's Agents of Shield.

Set includes four discs all in great to excellent condition. We've watched all of them a ton of times and took great care of them. Unfortunately, they accidentally got left out for a short time a couple of years ago and our puppy was teething and chewed on the case for disc 3 (see pictures). Thankfully, the disc itself was not damaged at all (see pictures) and we continued to enjoy all of them. Now our beloved set can be yours!
