waist stretchs to 36, bust is 34. My daughter can no longer wear it due to bust size (36C-D), more D than C.

LOL..It definately looks that way, but no. The skirt comes to a tip like (^). I will ask my daughter to put on and then post pic. Not sure she can still get in it.

Posted more pics. Please be advised, this dress is not as open as it seems on my model. It no longer fits her as her bust size has increase (lucky mom), Suggest less than a 36 C or D
