It's a particular mint herb plant which originates from the mediterranean. It has a bit of a tart flavour like a tart apple. It's good with fish and meat, not so much with pasta. I like using it with pork because of the apple bouque. The plants like dry soil unlike other mint varieties. It will grow about 3 - 4 feet high but, it's best to keep it at 2 feet so, keep harvesting and clipping as it grows. Cheers ~LosAngeles
