Hi :) It's a cuff and adjustable so there is no real size. My wrist is about a 6 1/2 " and there is a space of about 1 inch so bigger wrists would be okay, just the space would be a bit bigger.
Hi, yes they are real. When I bought it, the ad said genuine amethyst and moonstone cuff bracelet. I promise I wouldn't have bought it otherwise :) Thanks for looking.
I love to get amethyst "lovelies" for my granddaughter, Hannah. She will be a teenager in February, so this is her birthstone.... and she just happens to love the color purple. About Amethst, I found some interesting attributes: Mystical Properties: Stone of "Spirituality and Contentment" Amethysts have a soothing and relaxing effect on people, they promote healthy sleep habits when placed on the body or under the pillow.
Amethyst promotes shrewdness in business matters, gives victory and quickens the mind to help control negative thoughts.
Because the stone has transmutational energies, it helps to open gateways into intense and transforming spiritual experiences, and can protect the wearer from black magic. Known as a change stone, amethyst can bring about any type of change in your life and consciousness. It also breaks up old emotional thought processes and assists psychic opening in a grounding manner. Of the Mystical properties of Moonstone (Feldspar), I found: "Vibrating with the feminine wisdom and Goddess energy of the waxing and full Moon, moonstone has a reflective, calming energy. It helps to strengthen intuition and psychic perception and brings balance and harmony with the All. It is said to have the power to grant wishes. Moonstone Honors the Goddess in all women. It aids in dieting, gardening, psychic awareness and meditation. It soothes stress, anxiety, women's hormones it enhances intuitive sensitivity via feelings and less overwhelmed by personal feelings. Greater flexibility and flow with life.
Helps all be more comfortable with our gentler feminine/yin receiving side. Especially for water signs. Helps one be more conscious of the fact that all things are part of a cycle of constant change. It is a recommended gemstone for farmers and gardeners, artists, dancers and young men."
