^ amazonite. That'd be my choice but I've been dealing with anemia (even with iron supplementation) and the red agate might help.

Citrine would be awesome for that, iron causes the orangy color in quartz creating citrine. Having something that obtains iron would energetically be symbolic for obtaining it your self. Meditating with it and imagining being one with it may help. The secret for meditating towards a goal isn't "wanting" it but "believing" you already have it. The universe only understands the thought of wanting as a yearning and you will remain in the situation of always wanting. But believing you have it will put the law of attraction on your side and soon you will have it. So no wanting or wishing but only think "having". The more positive thought and emotion you can put towards a goal the more likely it will manifest and faster.

That makes sense! I only thought of the red because that's all I hear people say, "red is your color, your aura." Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. XD

Lol if you think of it like this nothing is good nothing is bad, only your perception with make you emotionally feel good or bad about it. Red is the root chakra and has a lot to do with feeling as though you belong. Security. Red is life essence. In the Chinese culture red is a very happy color. But while in America it is synonymous with anger. This is due to conditioning. Have you ever noticed when one sees a red banner flashing on the tv screen it catches your attention and makes you feel highly alert? And almost always it's a negative thing being projected like tornado warning or breaking news.
Perception is key, so while everything is going crazy around you, you don't participate you just observe.
Also without bad, would there be good? How would we recognize and appreciate it?
Like a volcano erupting, one thinks "bad" but once it's all said and done it actually is bringing all the necessary nutrients and minerals to the surface that was once used up from plants. Benefiting everyone and everything. Did you know trees and plants have a natural mechanism to cope with wild fires? They drop their seedlings as soon as the tree experiences extreme heat so once they hit the ground they're safer than on the tree. :)
