I'm terribly sorry- my niece has been an absolute handful today. I think she's getting sick because she is just cranky pants!
I haven't had a second to weigh your items... I think it's just the mini book and the jack o lantern knife? You're still way under the 13oz even with this little pill box- so it won't be more than $3.75 (and if it is... I'll cover the difference) :D
