The listing, 5 PC DRAGON LOOKING SAKI SET has ended.

I bought this at a Vet's estate sale. He collected a lot of oriental things and it doesn't go with my decor. I tried to take as many pics to show you everything about them. Sorry I have no idea what the bottom writting means and don't know if it is real gold rimmed. It's in new condition and I think is gold rimmed, but not positive. It's about 6 or 7 inches tall. Very detailed and pretty

the bottom probably states the company that made it. it is most likely real gold but not a high percentage and the picture is a print it isn't hand painted. if you have any thing that is done by hand or has a stamp for a name please let me know. I lived in japan for a while and I like the real china they have that is hand made and painted.

I hope this doesn't sound stupid but when you say Vet are you talking Veteran or Veterinarian. I know that doesn't matter to how great your auction is, I'm just curious because I'm a Veteran and would like to know if this was from a fellow Veterans collection. I have some things from Saudi Arabia from when I was in the Army. Any ways your listing just brought back some memories. It's a really nice auction. Fanned and watching.

I meant military veteran. He had all kinds of collectables from his travels. I believe he was in the in Vietnam. He had a whole house full of things from that time period and I guess his depolyments. I remember my dad sending things home when I was small from overseas and he sent a set almost like this. People were grabbing all the medals and clothes and more expensive collectables that I grabbed this before anyone took it. It brought back memories from my childhood too. They divorced and I don't know what ever happened to all the things we had.. Thank you for looking

: ) Very pretty. I've found out when some of my coffee mugs had actual gold on the rims instead of just gold colored paint by accident when i used them in the microwave. They sparked within 5 seconds of it running. Not exactly a safe method, but pretty effective.
