This is a massager like the ones they would hook you up too in therapy it is great for sore teanse muscles . uses 4 aa batteries has 4 hook up 2 on right 2on left I have used it before my shoudler replacement and on pulled muscles it works great shuts off after 15 min but you can turn off and turn back on even better when used with a heating pad .
